We have stayed at Treetops twice. It is a lovely old home and the atmosphere is relaxing. The breakfasts are a feast and well worth taking time to enjoy. It is likely we will go back again. Karin and Harry are very friendly and did everything they can to make our stay just perfect.

We had a wonderful weekend at Treetops Guesthouse at Bundanoon.
The room was great. The hosts were wonderful and friendly.
The food was glorious. It was an effort to keep putting it all away.

This was our third visit to Treetops, but the first for Christmas in July. Karin and Harry are truly wonderful hosts, who go out of their way to make your stay special. The guesthouse is circa 1910s and like anyone 100 years old it has its creaks, but that is part of the character of the place. Karin's food is delicious. Canapes and sherry to start, then a three course meal, and port and chocolates to finish, and that was Friday night. Saturday's afternoon tea was plentiful and Karin's scones are delicious. The Christmas in July dinner was glorious. A secret - the locals turned up - they know how good it is.

Had such a great time with my husband that we cane back here with 3 other couples. The beauty of a Guesthouse such as Treetops is that we were able to enjoy all the socialising and fabulous food without all the effort at our own house. Loved sitting in one of the cosy lounge rooms with the roaring fire and enjoying one too many wines which we had brought with us. The food was again one of the highlights of the trip and we all rolled home the next day hopefully to return again! Also slept like a baby in the comfy beds with the electric blankets - nothing at all to do with the wine!
We did not stay in the Spa room this time as we spent most of the time in the entertaining rooms with our friends. The bedrooms are not large and the bathrooms are small but fine. Would recommend staying in one of the Spa Rooms if going with significant other, but the other rooms are perfectly adequate if going with a group of friends.

I recently stayed at Treeptops for two nights with my mother. Harry & Karin were the perfect hosts and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Although the property is older (which added to its charm), we felt extremely at home for the duration of our trip. The bathrooms weren't any smaller than you would get at an average hotel, and although the property is located directly across from railway tracks the trains were not distracting in any way. The food provided for breakfast and afternoon tea was to die for and we were disappointed we missed out on dinner at the property due to locals booking out the restaurant! Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and we hope to visit there again.

Dear Karin and HarryThank you so much for your hospitality and understanding this weekend. We really appreciate your allowing us to leave late today: it made such a difference for the kids to be able to sleep and for me to have a shower!I finished the race a bit later than expected due to a broken chain and a couple of crashes, but overall had a great day and enjoyed the challenge and beautiful countryside. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and look forward to trying the dinner sometime. Thanks again and hope to see you next year!
